This is our beginner program for new riders, those coming back from injury and those with a basic level of fitness. The program starts off with easy and simple workouts that can be adapted to suit each individual. It then builds up to some balance and functional work.

You can complete the program in your own time - there are 5 workouts each week to complete and are accompanied by a mobility routine and some post workout stretches. Premium Rider Performance Membership

World Class Equestrian Performance. Simplified.

Exclusively for 6 equestrians each year, this program is for those looking to perform at an Elite level. India has curated this high quality monthly membership to work closely with a select few riders. Each week receive a 1-2-1 virtual training session where India will hone in on your exercise technique, discuss your weekly goals and competition calender.

She will then create 2 further workouts for you to access through the App. After the weekly discussion India will design these 2 workouts around your competition schedule, travel dates and performance goals ensuring you stay fit and supple. Virtual Masterclass

India has teamed up with Holistic Nutritionist Valerie Breslow to discuss various elements required for optimal rider recovery; Nutrition |  Movement | Mindset. Together India & Val discuss and break down simple strategies to implement into your daily routine. The focus is always on the horse's recovery but now it’s time to focus on the rider to prolong their riding career and live injury free.
