India has curated this high quality monthly membership to work closely with a select few riders. Each week receive a 1-2-1 virtual training session where India will hone in on your exercise technique, discuss your weekly goals and competition calender.
She will then create 2 further workouts for you to access through the App. After the weekly discussion India will design these 2 workouts around your competition schedule, travel dates and performance goals ensuring you stay fit and supple.
